Called BP to check out a plumbing leak, called and made an appointment for the next day. Andrew and his team came in and located the leak, in which the sheetrock had to be removed and replaced with new equipment. They were very quick on finding the problem and fixing it and also very informative and professional. They cleaned up and asked us to call if we needed anything else. Travis at Brazosport Plumbing and Heating saved us thousands after a big name company said we had a broken pipe. Went with Brazospoet to get a second opinion after being quoted 16-20k. He found out it wasn't a broken pipe but a blockage from fat and oil. He put some heavy duty dissolving chemicals flushed it and gave us some maintenance chemicals to treat the problem. A+ for honesty and pricing!

This is the third time I have used Brazosport Plumbing and Heating and I have been extremely pleased every time!
I have some plumbing knowledge and skill and there are times I will tackle a project myself. Some projects, however, are “above my pay grade.” Whether a project is too big for me, something I started but couldn’t finish, or just don’t have time for, Brazosport Plumbing has been there for me.
The first time I called Brazosport Plumbing the project was way over my head. Travis and his coworker did an excellent job fixing the massive leak (to our main water shut off valve 😳)!
The second time I called, I had started a project only to find myself in over my head. (My CPVC pipes are old, brittle, and kept cracking on me when I tried to cut them.) Travis came again and expertly cut the pipe - without having to go into the wall (*whew*) - and affixed the new attachment within minutes.
Today’s project was well within my “pay grade,” I just didn’t have the time or bandwidth to diagnose and tackle it. Terrance came and did a great job quickly diagnosing and fixing two of my toilets. What would have taken me several hours to diagnose and fix he expertly took care of in 20 minutes. The price of the service call and parts was worth every penny!
On top of all of that, Carrie, in the office, is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I highly recommend Brazosport Plumbing and Heating!

I apologize for the delay in sharing my experience, but I feel it's essential to recognize the outstanding service provided by Brazosport Plumbing & Heating from start to finish.
Within this last year, we faced issues with our guest bathroom's toilet piping and shower, which were causing dirty water to not flow properly. The team expertly corrected the slope to ensure it met code requirements. Additionally, they installed a much-needed plumbing vent stack for the on-suite bathroom, allowing gases to escape properly from under the house.
Jeff and his plumbing apprentice were exceptional. Their attention to detail, swift knowledge, and precise measurements made a significant difference. They approached the job with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring our beach bungalow received the care it desperately needed.
Before we committed to the project, the sales staff provided us with excellent advice and support. They were timely, transparent, and delivered exactly what was promised. In today's world, it's rare to find service professionals who are reliable, communicative, and dedicated to providing quality work at fair prices.
We can't thank the entire team enough for their hard work. We will always refer Brazosport Plumbing & Heating to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Jesse and his helper showed up to clear a slow draining sink.
They were both very efficient, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.
They also were the first two plumbers I’ve ever seen personally that cleaned up after themselves entirely.
They also used Lysol disinfectant to wipe down anything they may have touched under the kitchen sink and in the kitchen itself.
The service call for cleaning a sink drain was twice as much as anyone else, but they were twice as professional from start to finish.

Usually I do my own repairs, this job was a little more than I wanted to tackle. A storm blew in earlier this morning, and knocked over a step ladder, which in turn fell on and broke the copper pipe that the outside faucet is attached to. I located Brazosport Plumbing website and called for assistance. They scheduled Nick and his helper to make a house call. Within 6 hours of making the initial call, the job was completed. The upfront price was exactly as quoted. The work crew were friendly and respectful, everything was picked up and cleaned afterward. Thanks Folks!

Did a great job fixing a leaking clothes washer in my garage. Broke up the concrete, fixed the leaking drain pipe, ran the new pipe through the wall, and refilled the hole with concrete 5 ⭐s. BUT, they used our mop bucket to remove sewer water from the hole, so we had to clean and sterilize it. They used some of my channel locks and plastic cups I had near for something while filling the hole with concrete because there was dry concrete on them. The broom we have in the garage that's for cleaning the inside had concrete on it also, so that has to be cleaned 3 ⭐s. All in all they did a good job. Had some cleaning to do, but it was done quickly. So, can't complain too much.

Had to have them come back and redo the washer drain to the sewer like they had offered, but I instead went with the cheaper/quicker plan. They came back, broke up the concrete and dug up the yard to run the new line. Cleaned up the line going to the sink and made sure everything was good. They did a great job.

Brazosport Plumbing & Heating were so kind in explaining things to us letting us know our gas was shut off. With two elderly family members I wouldn’t of expected them to go check the meter and neither did I.We found out the gas company turned off my family’s gas because they changed the meters but did not leave a notification. So we thought it was our water heater. Apparently was turned off several months ago, so we got it turned back on and they lit the pilot for the water heater. Brazosport Plumbing & Heating said that they would come back if needed. If there are any other issues I definitely will be calling them.

Excellent Service from Nick and Chris. They arrived on time and went about their work professionally. They very thorough and gave detailed explanations of their findings. They inspected my entire home plumbing system and determined the major cause of the unusually high water bill was a leak in the irrigation system and a minor issue with the settings of one of the toilets. Nick tuned the toilet to the right setting and it’s worked very well since then. Leak in the irrigation would have to be resolved by irrigation company.
Very satisfied with the service and I definitely would recommend Brazosport Plumbing and Heating services to friends, family or any one needing plumbing service.
